Depending on the Theme you have chosen, you may need to remove some of the Expansion Cards and place them face up next to the development cards.
These cards form additional Development Card stacks. Like other Development Cards, they are available to both players, and are treated much like roads, settlements, and cities. You may play these cards into your principality by paying the normal cost. All normal building rules apply. |
