Mayfair Games At Origins- More Fun Than Ever!

At the Origins Game Fair in Columbus, Ohio (May 30-June 3, 2012) there are more reasons than ever to visit. But two of the best are Mayfair’s Giant Games and Mayfair’s Great Ribbon Quest!

What’s better than a game? How about a really big game! Big pieces! Big board! Big play!

At Origins this year fans will be treated to a spectacular gaming experience like nothing else when they play a Mayfair Giant Game. Giant games are just that- scaled up versions of Mayfair’s great games, with the largest game covering an area of 216 square feet with wood components weighing more than 100 pounds!

At the Origins Game Fair, Mayfair will offer 25 Giant Games events including: Ablaze™, Aeroplane™, Alchemist™, Atlantis™, Candamir™, Clash of Wills: Shiloh™, Elasund™, Empire Express™, Gangster™, Giza- The Great Pyramid™, Horus™, Lemming Mafia™, Lords of Vegas™, Patrician™, Pompeii™, Rocket Jockey™, Shear Panic™, Struggle for Rome™, Test of Fire™, Tigris and Euphrates™, Wacky Wacky West™, White Water™ and of course, The Settlers of Catan™ and Catan: Seafarers™.

And to top things off, Mayfair Games will enhance the giant game program with a gigantic 12 by 18 foot version of the Settlers of America™.

Mayfair Games continues its very popular Great Ribbon Quest at Origins 2012! Earn ribbons playing events in the Mayfair Event area (E-Pod), or by playing free demos in the Mayfair booth. Collect and/or trade ribbons to complete a set and earn rewards.
