Age of Industry™ wins 2010 International Gamers Award

Martin Wallace's Age of Industry™ has won the 2010 International Gamers Award.  Age of Industry™, nominated in the General Strategy - Multi-Player Category, is published by Treefrog Games and  distributed in North America by Mayfair Games.  The award is also given for best 2-Player General Strategy Game and Historical Simulation Game (Wargame).

Two Mayfair titles were also nominated for the award; Rise of Empires™, also by Martin Wallace, and World Without End™, by Michael Rieneck & Stefan Stadler, were among the fourteen titles nominated this year.  This is Wallace's second IGA and the first for Treefrog and Mayfair.

The International Gamers Awards were first awarded in 2000 and were created to recognize outstanding games and designers, as well as their publishers.  The committee members represent countries from around the world and their goal is to give greater exposure to great games and to spread the word of the "wonderful world of gaming."  More information on the IGA can be found at:
