Catan for Xbox Live Arcade continues the tradition of great gameplay and easy accessibility. Players compete online with their friends from around the world or choose from up to 6 dynamic computer personalities. Catan features: precision AI offers realistic challenges to even the most seasoned players, an immersing 3D "Living World" environment,gameplay for up to 4 players, and an achievements ranking system, starting with "Settler of Catan" all the way up to "Ambassador of Catan." The robust AI was developed in a landmark collaboration between KlausTeuber and Brian Reynolds, designer of Civilization II and Rise of Nationsi, making the AI of this electronic version of The Settlers of Catan® the most dynamic to date.
